Eligibility and use

You must be at least 18 and use our services only where lawful. Do not share unlawful material, misuse others’ accounts, or disrupt the community.

Educational services

Our content and coaching teach trading methods, trade review, and risk management. They do not replace advice from a professional licensed to advise on your financial circumstances. You make your own trading decisions and retain control of your account. Do not send us trading funds, account passwords, or authority to place trades for you.

Participation does not guarantee profits, evaluation passes, payouts, or any other trading result. Read the Risk Disclosure. Nothing in these terms removes duties or protections that apply under law.

Payments and refunds

The written offer provided before purchase sets the price, inclusions, duration, and any payment schedule. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the conditional mentorship-fee refund, claim requirements, exclusions, and mandatory consumer rights.

Before accepting payment, we will provide the supplier’s legal name and contact details, the total price and currency, applicable taxes and fees, service dates, cancellation terms, and the specific refund requirements. You must have an opportunity to review and correct the order, accept the agreement, and keep a copy. An application alone is not a purchase or agreement to pay.

Third-party costs

Prop firms, brokers, platforms, and software providers set their own terms. You are responsible for their fees and your trading losses. MohTrades does not control their eligibility decisions, account restrictions, or payouts.

Community content and marketing

You retain ownership of your content. Posting in the community lets other members with access to that channel read it. It does not, by itself, give MohTrades permission to use it in advertising.

Before using your message, name, username, or avatar in marketing, we will ask for separate approval of the exact content and where it will appear. Permission is optional and does not affect community access or mentorship. Joining, staying in the community, or accepting its rules is not marketing consent.

We will preserve the meaning of approved quotes and use only the identity details you approve. You can withdraw permission for future marketing use by emailing support@mohtrades.com. We will stop new use and remove it from marketing we control, subject to applicable law. We cannot recall material already distributed or copies made by others.

Community conduct and materials

Treat others respectfully. Harassment, scams, impersonation, unsolicited promotions, and sharing another person’s private information are prohibited. Questions, disagreement, and honest criticism of trading methods are welcome when expressed respectfully.

Use our course materials for your own learning. Do not redistribute paid lessons, recordings, or software without permission, except where the law allows. These terms do not give MohTrades ownership of your work or of trading ideas and methods.

We may moderate content or suspend access for rule violations or security concerns. A suspension does not automatically cancel refund rights. Paid access, cancellation, and refunds remain subject to the purchase agreement and applicable law.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains information use and your rights. For questions, content-use requests, or refund enquiries, email support@mohtrades.com.

We will give notice of material changes and obtain consent where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights under an existing purchase agreement. The date above identifies this revision.
