Information we collect

The information we receive depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

• Your name, email address, username, and information you provide when contacting us or applying for mentorship, such as your trading experience, age range, country, and budget.
• Account, membership, and transaction information made available through Whop or other service providers.
• Messages and content you share with us or within the community.
• Technical information processed by our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

You can browse the public website without creating an account. Payment details are handled by the relevant checkout provider.

How we use information

We use information to provide community access, review mentorship applications, respond to enquiries, manage referrals, maintain the website, and protect against misuse. We may also retain or use information to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Using a community message or testimonial in marketing requires your separate approval of the exact content, identity details, and intended placement. This is optional and does not affect access to services. You can withdraw permission for future use as explained in our community content terms.

We obtain consent for collecting, using, and sharing personal information where required by law. We may handle information without consent where the law permits or requires it, such as for certain legal obligations. Visiting the website or applying for mentorship does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Third-party services and sharing

Mentorship applications are handled through Typeform. When you open the application, Typeform loads within the site and processes your responses and technical information under its Privacy Policy. We receive your application to review it and contact you about mentorship. We keep submitted applications in Google Sheets so we can review them and follow up.

We use Whop for community access. Whop may share account and membership details with us so we can provide that access and assist you. Whop handles its own registration and checkout processes under its Privacy Policy.

Community activity on Discord is governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy. Your profile and posts may be visible to other members and administrators, depending on channel access.

The site also links to social platforms and prop firms. Some links and discount codes are affiliate arrangements, and we may earn a commission when you use them. Providers may attribute a signup or purchase to MohTrades and share referral information with us. Each provider is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Providers supporting our website, applications, communications, and community may process or store information outside your country. Information processed abroad may be accessible to authorities under that country’s laws. MohTrades remains responsible for personal information transferred to providers that process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our rights or others’ safety.

Cookies and tracking

The site records the referring site or campaign link that brought you here, such as Instagram or Google. It may also record campaign and content labels included in that link. This helps us understand where mentorship applications come from.

This information is held in your browser’s session storage for the tab’s browsing session. When you open the application, it is sent to Typeform as hidden fields and can be saved with your submitted application in Google Sheets. Closing the tab does not delete information already sent or submitted. Contact us if you want to apply by email instead of using the embedded form.

MohTrades does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics scripts. Hosting and security providers may process technical information or use essential cookies to deliver and protect the site.

External services may use their own cookies when you visit them or open an embedded form. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the privacy controls offered by those services.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, respond to requests, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Third-party providers apply their own security and retention policies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also be able to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint with a privacy regulator.

To make a request, email support@mohtrades.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within applicable legal timeframes. Certain records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Requests about information held independently by Whop, Discord, or another provider should also be directed to that provider.

Age requirements

MohTrades is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it from records we control.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above reflects the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
