Important disclosures

Trading risk

Futures, forex, CFDs, options, stocks, and cryptocurrencies carry a risk of loss. Leveraged trading can result in losses beyond your initial investment. Use only money you can afford to lose. Fees, slippage, liquidity, volatility, and technical failures can affect results; a stop order does not guarantee an exit price.

Earnings and outcomes

Past trades, profits, losses, or payouts do not establish what you will earn. MohTrades does not promise income, profitability, evaluation passes, or payouts, or claim an average student result. Outcomes depend on market conditions, capital, costs, risk decisions, execution, and provider rules. You can lose money even when following a strategy.

Prop firms and simulated accounts

Evaluations and some funded accounts use simulated trading. Account labels do not establish that trades reach a live market. Independent prop firms set fees, restrictions, and payout conditions; they can close accounts or delay, reduce, or refuse payouts under their terms. Evaluation fees may be lost. MohTrades does not control these providers or their decisions.

Hypothetical and simulated performance

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity.

Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

Backtests, demo accounts, and replays cannot fully reproduce the financial pressure of actual losses or your ability to follow rules through them. Actual trading results may differ substantially.

Education and regulatory status

The website, videos, livestreams, coaching sessions, community, messages, and tools are intended for trading education. They do not replace advice from a professional licensed to advise on your financial circumstances. Discussing a trade does not establish that it is suitable for you.

Moh and MohTrades are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, commodity pool operator, futures commission merchant, or introducing broker. You make your own financial decisions and retain control of your account. Do not send trading funds or account credentials to us. These disclosures do not waive duties or protections imposed by law.

Testimonials

Testimonials describe individual experiences. They may not represent other students and do not guarantee future performance or success. No money, free or discounted access, or other benefits were provided in exchange for these testimonials. Our community content terms explain separate permission for marketing use and how to withdraw it.

Affiliate relationships

Some provider links and discount codes are affiliate or referral arrangements. MohTrades may receive compensation when you use them. Review the provider’s terms and costs before purchasing; an affiliate relationship does not establish that a service is suitable for you.

Program terms, billing, and refunds

Read the written price, inclusions, duration, and payment terms before purchasing. A full mentorship-fee refund is available if you meet the requirements and receive no payout. Eligibility, deadlines, evidence, and excluded costs are set out in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase or participate, and services are available only where lawful.

Platform independence

MohTrades operates independently of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google. These platforms do not sponsor or endorse this site. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
