Refund Policy

Last updated

If you meet every condition below and receive no prop-firm payout, I’ll refund 100% of the mentorship fee you paid MohTrades.

Refund conditions

The written offer or order form must give you the refund period’s start and end dates and the claim deadline before payment. It must also identify the required curriculum, assignments, and risk rules. These requirements cannot be added or tightened after purchase.

  1. Make your claim within the refund period stated in the written offer or order form before payment.
  2. Finish the curriculum and required assignments.
  3. Apply the taught risk rules and keep evidence of following them.
  4. Trade the taught strategy in at least one prop-firm evaluation or funded account during the refund period without receiving a payout.
  5. Supply complete trading records, account statements, and evidence of completed work when requested.
  6. Submit your claim in writing to support@mohtrades.com before the deadline.

Any prop-firm payout received during the refund period counts, including one from another evaluation or funded account. An account balance, evaluation pass, or pending payout request is not a received payout.

Request a refund

Email your purchase details, trading records, prop-firm statements, and evidence of completed work to support@mohtrades.com. We’ll check the claim against the requirements agreed at purchase and explain our decision in writing. If records are missing, we’ll identify what is needed.

If you qualify, we’ll refund the full mentorship fee you paid and confirm the payment method and processing date. Any shorter deadline required by law applies.

Excluded costs

The refund covers only your mentorship fee. Evaluation and reset fees, trading losses, software, subscriptions, market data, and other third-party costs are excluded.

Consumer rights

This conditional refund does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or payment-dispute rights provided by applicable law.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. A refund commitment does not promise profits, funding, or payouts. Trading involves risk of loss.
